Monday 6th

Everyone welcomed back to nursery in the New Year.

Week of 29th

Chinese New Year
The children will have a week filled with interesting activities, learning all about the year of the Snake.

February

Monday 17th - Friday 21st

Half Term Holidays
Nursery is closed to those who have a government funded only space.
If you are unsure if your child is to attend during this week, please speak to a member of management.

We welcome all children back to nursery on Monday 24th February.

Monday 17th

World Kindness Day
Children will be doing activities and talking about what it means to be kind.

Thursday 20th

Love your Pet Day
Children will have a fantastic day talking tell us about their pets at home and the different kinds of animals people have as pets, from cats and dogs to exotic reptiles.

Wednesday 26th

Tell A Fairytale Day
Children will have a day immersed in one of their favourite traditional fairytales. If your child wishes, they can dress up in their favourite fairytale costume and/or bring in their favourite book.

Friday 28thSt David's Day
As St David's Day falls on a Saturday, we will be acknowledging the day on the Friday. On this day we will wear yellow as we explore the traditions held on this day.

March

Monday 3rd

World Wildlife Day
We will be learning about British Wildlife and how we can keep our environment safe for all of the wildlife.

Tuesday 4th

Shrove Tuesday
We will munch on yummy pancakes and have a fun Shrove Tuesday themed day.

Thursday 6th

World Book Day
Once again, we will be joining in with World Book Day fun, dressing up as our favourite book characters.

Thursday 13th

Holi-Hindu Festival of Colour
To celebrate this vibrant festival, we will be asking children and staff to wear bright colourful outfits. Children will enjoy a day of learning about this wonderful festival through amazing sensory experiences.

Friday 14thRed Nose Day
On this day we will celebrate and raise money for the Red Nose Day charity. We will be asking our children and staff to wear red. Any donations will be greatfully received (collections taken to main office).
Monday 17thSt Patrick's Day
As we celebrate the Patron Saint of Ireland, we ask that children and staff come to nursery wearing green.
Thursday 20thSpring Equinox
For this celebration we ask that staff and children come to nursery wearing bright spring colours.
Friday 28thMonther's Day
This year we will be holding a Mother's Day Stay and Play. Moms are welcome to join us between 10am and 11am for a lovely morning celebrating the wonderful women in our lives. Moms, grandmothers and aunties are welcome to join (two adulds per child).

April
